Student-Athletes Recognized on CNE Fall Academic All-Conference Team

BOSTON, Mass. – Recently announced by Commissioner Julie Beer, 927 student-athletes were named to the 2025 Conference of New England Fall Academic All-Conference Team. These 927 student-athletes earned honors across 11 core institutions and five associate members.

The student-athletes recognized include the sports of men's and women's cross country, field hockey, football, men's golf, men's and women's soccer, women's tennis and women's volleyball.

In January and June each academic year, the conference recognizes an academic all-conference Team. Each member institution is responsible for determining its qualified student-athletes. Criteria for recognition is: at least sophomore status athletically and academically with one academic year in residence at their current institution; hold a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale; active member of a roster for a conference-sponsored sport.

The June recognition includes men's and women's basketball, men's and women's ice hockey, baseball, men's and women's lacrosse, softball, men's tennis and men's and women's track and field student-athletes.

Graduate transfers, regardless of enrollment at their current institution, are eligible. First years, freshmen and undergraduate transfers in their first semester at their current institution are not eligible.

Wentworth's 54 Academic All-Conference of New England selections span the sports of men's cross country, women's cross country, golf, men's soccer, women's soccer, and women's volleyball. The 54 honored mark an increase from 44 in the fall of 2024.
