HOW IT HAPPENED:

Christian Roncal walked and both runners moved up 90 feet on a wild pitch. Jake Samela followed with a two-run single, scoring both DiPina and Roncal. Samela went to second on a Jake Prisco single and scored when Eli Fangiullo recorded his first collegiate hit and RBI. Fangiullo advanced to second on a wild pitch and Prisco scored on a wild pitch which put Fangiullo on third. - The Leopards plated a single run in the sixth as DiPina led off with a single and advanced two bases on a wild pitch. A Samela double brought DiPina home. In the bottom of the inning, the Lynx loaded the bases with two outs, but Jacob DeCoste got a fly out to end the threat.
- Kalagher and Kevin Dorsey each had RBI singles in the seventh to cut the lead to 9-6.
- The top of the eighth inning saw Roncal draw a one-out walk and go to third on a Samela single. A sacrifice fly from Matthew Favazzo brought in Roncal, making it 10-6.
