Men's Tennis Wins Big at Curry
Andre Juscamaita and Rene Rodriguez won at No. 1 doubles, and each won their respective singles match to lead the Black & Gold to victory over Curry

MILTON, Mass. – The Wentworth Institute of Technology men's tennis team improved to 2-1 in conference play with a 6-1 win over Curry on Saturday night. Andre Juscamaita and Rene Rodriguez won at No. 1 doubles and won at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, respectively, to lead the Leopards to victory. James Weete and Eric Sechen at No. 2 doubles and won their respective singles matches.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Wentworth took two of the three doubles flights to take a 1-0 lead. Sechen and Weete teamed up to win at No. 2, 6-1. Juscamaita and Rodriguez won at No. 1, 6-2, to give Wentworth the 1-0 lead.
- Weete put the Leopards in front 2-0 with a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 3 before Rodriguez picked up another win for Wentworth, claiming a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 2 singles.
- Juscamaita clinched the victory for Wentworth with a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 1 singles. Sechen picked up a 6-2, 6-0 win at No. 4 and Chris Hu took No. 6 by a score of 6-1, 6-1 as the Leopards dominated the Colonels.
