Andrade Earns Second GNAC Weekly Award
Mason Andrade earns his second weekly award of the campaign after a 13-kill, 10-dig performance against Emmanuel
WINTHROP, Mass. – Following another conference win to stay unblemished in Great Northeast Athletic Conference action this season, the No. 10-ranked Wentworth Institute of Technology men's volleyball team garnered recognition from the league in the form of weekly awards Monday afternoon. Mason Andrade was named the GNAC Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season with the award covering matches played from February 24 – March 2.
Andrade finished Wentworth's four-set win over Emmanuel with 13 kills (.478 clip, just two errors) and 10 digs. Additionally, the junior chipped in with two assists.
The Leopards (14-3, 6-0 GNAC) are on break until a non-conference tri-match with New Paltz State and MIT on Saturday.
