Blasko Claims CNE Rookie of the Week Honor

BEVERLY, Mass. – For the second time this season, Ezra Blasko of the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's cross country team was named the Conference of New England Rookie of the Week. His second weekly honor comes on the heels of an impressive showing at the Golden Bear Invitational.

Leading the Leopards for the third time this season, Blasko finished third overall at the Golden Bear Invitational with a time of 26:22. His efforts paced Wentworth to a second-place finish as a team against 16 other competing institutions.

From here, the Leopards amp up for the CNE Championship on November 2, back on the campus of Western New England University.
