Blasko Named CNE Runner of the Week

BOSTON, Mass. – After an impressive showing at the Pop Crowell Invitational, Ezra Blasko of the Wentworth Institute of Technology men's cross country team has been named Conference of New England Runner of the Week.

In his first 6K event of the season, Blasko placed third and was the first CNE student-athlete to finish, helping the Leopards to a first-place finish as a team. His third-place finish was among 114 runners and he finished with a time of 26:41.3. This marked the second straight week he was the first Leopard to cross the line.
