Ciara Morley

Bio

After serving as Wentworth’s Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach during the 2023 season, Ciara Morley was elevated to head coach in November, 2023.

Morley guided the Black & Gold to a resurgent season in 2025, leading the Leopards to a season-opening win and a 4-2 start - the best start to a season the program has endured since 2019. Additionally, Wentworth captured their first conference win since 2022 in a 12-11 thriller over Curry and quadrupled their total season-long goal output from a season prior.

In her first season, the Leopards saw much improvement in terms of total number of ground balls and draw controls won, as well as lowering their goals against average by nearly two and a half goals per game.

As the Leopards’ assistant coach, Morely was involved in all areas of the program, including practice planning, player development, game preparation and other administrative duties.

Morley holds a pair of degrees from Bentley University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems in 2017 and a Master’s degree in Human Factors in Information Design in 2018. A four-year (2014; 2016-18) letterwinner for the Falcons, she scored 82 points, coming on 67 goals and 15 assists, over her 59-game career. A two-time IWLCA Academic Honor Roll Selection, she recorded a career-high 27 points during the 2016 season and matched this output in 2017 while setting a career high for goals (22). She was also involved with the program as a team manager during the 2015 campaign.
