Endicott Powers Past Women's Soccer

BEVERLY, Mass. – Top Commonwealth Coast Conference contender Endicott College blanked the Wentworth women's soccer team, 6-0, on Saturday afternoon at Hempstead Stadium.

Endicott improves to 9-5-1 this season and 4-1-1 in conference, while the Leopards drop to 5-10-1 overall and 1-3-1 against league opponents.

  • The Gulls tacked on three goals in each half and outshot the visiting Leopards 29-3 in the conference match.
  • Catherine Elkas had a six-point performance to lead the Gulls to victory.



  • Junior Allison Haynes (Shelton, Conn.) made ten saves in the loss.
  • Kayla Wentworth stopped the Leopards' lone two shots on goal in the win.



  • Wentworth returns to Sweeney Field on Wednesday for a 4:00 p.m. league match against UNE.
